Sabrina is the first person ever to speak out loud about her town and live to tell the tale (and see the results of it). She first announced her residence in Arkan on her Tumblr on the [needs further research] of August, 2013. Then not long after she told even more people on YouTube on the 24th of August.

Sabrina has presumably lived in Arkan a her entire life, after being accepted by the beavers as a baby. Besides this we have no knowledge of her various, and undoubtedly super exciting, escapades in the town.
